3rd General Assembly Meeting of the iEXODDUS Project Successfully Held in San Sebastián
On 6 to the 7th of May 2026, the partners of the iEXODDUS project gathered in San Sebastián, Spain, for the project’s 3rd General Assembly (GA) Meeting, hosted by CEIT. The two-day meeting brought together consortium members to review the project’s latest achievements, strengthen technical collaboration, and define the next steps for the second year of the project.
The first day focused on comprehensive technical and organizational discussions across all Work Packages. Partners presented the significant progress achieved so far, including developments related to technical requirements, dedicated traffic datasets, resilient ADAS and Automated Driving Solutions, infrastructure digital twins, validation planning, and ongoing standardization activities.
As iEXODDUS moves further into its second project year, the consortium is focusing on the integration of these technologies into future ADAS and Automated Driving systems. Special attention was given to ensuring robustness and reliability under challenging real-world conditions and dynamically changing Operational Design Domains (ODDs).
In addition to the technical sessions, participants had the opportunity to join an insightful lab tour hosted by CEIT, offering valuable insights into the organization’s research facilities and innovative activities.
The second day continued with sessions on the status and progress of the project’s use cases and test sites. Discussions covered updates on UC1, UC2, and UC3, followed by exchanges on reporting activities, review preparation, and upcoming project milestones. The consortium also aligned preparations for the upcoming EU review meeting scheduled for July, aiming to present the project’s latest achievements and collaborative progress to the European Commission and relevant stakeholders.
The meeting concluded with a wrap-up session summarizing key outcomes, action points, and priorities for the coming months.
A big thank you goes out to CEIT for hosting the meeting and providing an excellent environment for productive discussions and collaboration. The successful GA meeting once again demonstrated the strong commitment of all partners to advancing safer, more resilient, and trustworthy Automated Driving technologies within the iEXODDUS project.
