2nd General Assembly Meeting
November 2025 | online
The iEXODDUS consortium met online for its 2. General Assembly, bringing together all partners to review progress and coordinate the next steps as the project enters the second year of its 3-year timeline.
Meeting Summary
The meeting opened with a tour de table. Not because we do not know each other, but just to bring some faces to the pixels and share a few smiles on screen. We actually had many more participants, but the virtual room could not fit everyone, sorry about that!
Partners discussed the overall status of the project and its management, highlighting that the work remains well on track, with deliverables and milestones progressing according to plan.
A core focus of the meeting was the review of ongoing technical work. We exchanged updates across all active Work Packages, including requirements, perception and decision-making developments, automated driving systems, and digital twin activities. These discussions centered on the technical progress achieved so far, remaining challenges, and alignment points between the different partners and work packages/tasks.
Significant time was dedicated to preparing for the upcoming Midterm Review in the course of a workshop, led by Jakob Reckenzaun (Virtual Vehicle). Partners discussed which results can realistically be demonstrated by Month 18, how to best showcase progress from the technical Work Packages and what priorities should guide the next six months of development and integration.
In addition, we also reviewed the status of the Use Cases and their associated test sites. All three use cases reported stable progress, with ongoing preparations supporting the transition toward more intensive testing phases as core technologies mature.
In addition, partners discussed the upcoming launch of WP6 on data management and integration. WP7 provided updates on dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and early work toward standardization and exploitation strategies.
The meeting concluded with a recap of action items, agreement on next steps, and a shared commitment to ensuring strong and coordinated progress.
Stay tuned for more updates on our work.
